Founder & Owner
Katie brings more than two decades of multifamily housing experience and over ten years of flooring expertise to GOAT Flooring. A second-generation multifamily professional, she has spent her career helping property teams navigate challenges, improve operations, and deliver exceptional resident experiences.
Known for her hands-on leadership style and passion for building relationships, Katie founded GOAT Flooring to create a company centered around service, communication, and dependable execution. She currently serves as Vice President of Suppliers for the Washington Multi-Family Housing Association and sits on the board as a Member at Large, reflecting her commitment to strengthening the multifamily industry.
Matt Roice
Operations Manager
With 12 years of experience in multi-family flooring, Matt has worked virtually every position in the industry, from warehouse cut guy and measure tech to technical analyst and inventory specialist. His ground-up experience and deep understanding of the business make him the ideal leader for our warehouse and installation teams.
Matt keeps our installs moving efficiently and done right, but his true strengths are the patience, integrity, and determination he brings to the job every day. From solving the complex puzzle of warehouse logistics to stepping in to support installers, employees, and customers, Matt is committed to finding solutions and doing things right the first time.
Stephanie Pollak-Roice
Business and Client Manager

With over a decade of hands-on experience spanning inventory, finance, customer relations, and operations, her diverse background makes her the ideal fit to lead business and client operations at GOAT Flooring.
